Wild Audience designs work that is optimised for living, for everyone. We work on Wild Mail to make it happen.
Wild Mail is ActiveCampaign's largest reseller in Spain and Germany. We help clients unlock the full potential of their email marketing.
We're opening the German market (DACH) as a key growth lever for 2026. We need someone who can own this market end to end, acquire new clients, build a partner network with agencies and consultancies, close deals, and make sure clients get real value from ActiveCampaign.
As a fully bootstrapped, remote team of 10 based in Europe, we serve over 1,000 customers worldwide in English, Spanish, and German. Our team values a balanced lifestyle, low stress, flexibility, and authenticity, allowing us more time to do what we love, enjoy nature and spend time with loved ones. If you want to learn more about who you'd be working with, visit this page.
Own the growth of the German market for Wild Mail; from generating demand and closing deals to helping clients succeed with ActiveCampaign and building a sustainable partner ecosystem, turning DACH into a real, recurring revenue engine.
Your work lives mainly across two areas for the German market: Acquisition and Client Success.
Generate qualified demand in the DACH market: outbound to our ICP (SMBs, B2B mid-market consultancies, B2B SaaS pre-Series B, premium professional training, non-Shopify e-commerce).
Run discovery calls and demos
Own your pipeline end to end: capture leads, qualify, follow up, and close.
Build, nurture, and grow a partner network of agencies and consultancies in Germany that resell or refer Wild Mail.
Represent Wild Mail in relevant German market environments (events, partnerships, communities).
Help German clients get the most out of ActiveCampaign: across activation, structure, health and intelligence.
Act as the account manager and main point of contact for German clients: own the relationship and coordinate internally.
Bring market signals from DACH back into strategy and positioning.
Make decisions grounded in data: track and report on acquisition and client performance.
Create content for the German market (YouTube, academy, guides) to support acquisition and brand presence in DACH.
Bilingual German & English (German native or C2; client-facing in the DACH market). Spanish is a plus.
2–3+ years in SaaS, online marketing, or B2B sales, ideally with email marketing / CRM / marketing automation exposure.
Strong sales instinct: comfortable running demos, closing deals, and building B2B relationships from scratch.
Strong ESP and funnel knowledge: comfortable running consultancy and strategy calls related to ESP, sales funnels, or strategies to sell online.
Comfortable on camera and on calls (Loom, video, demos).
AI-native: fluent or eager to become fluent with the tools we work with daily (Claude, Notion, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, Loom). Using AI to work faster is a given, not a bonus.
A degree of data / strategic literacy: you don't need to be an analyst, but decisions here are made on data, not opinion.
Independent, highly organised, proactive, with solid project management and attention to detail.
Thrives in a remote-first, changing environment and can figure things out.
An existing network of partners, agencies or consultancies in the DACH market.
Hands-on knowledge of ActiveCampaign (or HubSpot / Klaviyo / Brevo / Customer.io).
Familiarity with the German B2B landscape and its buying culture.
Basic SEO / paid acquisition knowledge (useful, not essential today).
Experience in a startup / bootstrapped environment.
